Ferriere Giuseppe Cima wires and strands are produced in a complete cycle from the the row material to the finished product. They are high carbon content and can be bright, galvanized, drawn after zinc coating or aluminium coated.
Galvanization is made by hot dip and it can be “normal” according to the main national and international standards or “heavy” according to the ASTM standard class “B” or “C”.
CiZAl® is produced with a particular zinc-aluminium mischmetal alloy coating which enhances both resistance and durability.
CiZAl®, produced according to UNI EN 10244-2 standard or ASTM B 803 standards, it is strictly controlled by the firm technicians who apply the EN ISO 9001:2008 Quality System.
The Cimatech galvanized and stainless steel AISI 304 and AISI 316 cables, microcables and strands are produced according to DIN 3053, DIN 3055, DIN 3060 standards and, on request, they can be coated with PVC, PE, PP, PA, PU in different colors.
The customized tape and the fiber core which are inserted in some products are made of synthetic material in order to preserve the steel quality and durability.
